Conditions and terms:

1. all guests traveling from outside of South Africa, passports need to be valid at least 6 months after entry into South Africa. Passport must have a minimum of three blank pages (excluding the front and back cover) to enable the entry visa to be issued. If there is insufficient space in the passport, entry will be denied and the person is likely to be detained pending return to their country of origin. Please ensure that all passports are renewed.

2. Please check with the local embassy to confirm what additional travel documents they will require for their trip to South Africa.

3. Dates are 06/07 till 09/07/. There will be no options for early arrival or late departures on any of the programs, due to limited hotel room inventory and overall package demand. Please be explicit in your terms and conditions and enforcing this upon the clients

4. Check-in time on arrival day will be 4:00pm, check-out time will be 12:00noon on departure day. No provision will be available for early check-in or late check-out.
